Tankmen: Battle 2 is a very tedious game by the same person who gave you the original Tankmen: Battle. The premise is you enter some bases in Nevada, and kill things. Pretty simple.

Backpacks are all in lockers, so just scan each screen to see if there's one there. If there is, click on it. One of them's hidden behind the action buttons, so you'll have to click that one after deciding what to do. The rest of the medals are gotten just by playing the game.
Gameplay
Pay attention to the first page of instructions, and ignore the rest. Here's what you need to know:
When you kill things, you get experience, and with enough experience you level up, and with each level you get 1 point to spend. To get there, when in a fight, click on the face in the top-left corner of the screen. From top to bottom the places you can spend your points are attack, defense, skill. Always spend the point in attack, without exception.
Now, to weapons: All weapons do the same damage, with a base value of 3-6 + 1 per point in attack. You'll want your primary weapon to be a gun at all times. Either go with a gun and a blade, or the last or third-last gun. The reason is that with these two combinations, your attack will hit 3 times rather than once or twice. So if you're doing 8 damage, you actually hit them for 24. Other equipment is meaningless from a gameplay perspective, go with what you like the look of.
Now, to strategy. All fights shall go as follows: start by casting barrier - this is important. If you have fewer than 10 points in attack, your next two rounds should be the rocket. If your health is below 30, use a med kit. Otherwise, attack until the enemy is dead. Seriously, that's it; that's the whole game. The exception is when you get up around level 27 you no longer have to cast barrier unless you're going up against the Savior or Hank, because you'll kill them faster than they can kill you without the barrier (though you may need to throw in a med kit here and there).
You don't lose anything if you die, so just continue off from the last base you were able to conquer and grab a couple more levels before proceeding further. When it comes to reaching level 30 I like grinding in base 6, because at that point in the game you're guaranteed at least 1 level every time through the base, and it only takes about a minute, minute and a half to finish the base. If at level 30 you can't kill Hank with 1 med kit used, you've done something wrong.
And that's that. Questions?
