The delorian is the car in the coffee shop. You can't get it when you are in rage.
BTW: You can get hit twice by a log in the footrace.

Also, Best Friend seems to require a certain pattern since taunting Mark only seems to work some of the time.
It's random. If it works even a third of the time, you're no worse off than than attacking each time, so you may as well do the taunt each time.
Oh I get it, you can only make sandwiches when Mark and Peter request them, and you have to put the ingredients on the plates one at a time. Didn't realize that at first.
