What's the maximum level for a skill? And how do you kill 1,000 enemies without getting hurt? I mean, I'm having so much trouble with Evasion Expert (Gold), how can I avoid hits for so long?

Lol, I've been trying to level up as fast as possible, putting all ma points into pixels and magnets. Got up to level 40, but was wondering why I wasn't getting a lot of the achievements.
