Nevermind, firgured it out.
Fuck, I played through the game as the wheel thing. If you press C+G at the menu you get it. So I thought that was it and played through the whole game again. Now I find out you have to play through it as a chicken... *sigh*
Plus I figured out all the levels by myself except one. The one where it's a box that goes around the room in a clockwise rotation. And there's a red area in the middle of the bottom. So thanks for helping me on that level. It was getting a bit annoying.

No, if you teleport as you're dying you just show up at the quantum shadow again.
EASTER EGG... You can play as the pinwheel, just press C+G
I figured out every level myself. Didn't use a walkthrough at all.
Now that I've done that, time to see how to unlock the rest of those medals :D
