I'm missing one of the medals (secret one worth 10 between frog and snail) any chance of being told how to get it, please?

On the frog/snail bit. To make the log easier. Go through the middle door first to become a snail. Then go through the mouse hole and let the guys kill you. This way the next time the wizard will turn you into a frog, so make sure you kill the two guys for that time.
This gives you faster movement on the log making it a lot easier.

Actually you just have to die before making it past the screen that has the guards. Hitting K does the job nicely. So you can kill the guards, get turned into a snail, hit K, get turned into a frog, and away you go.
