I don't have the same determination like you have for the game, but I did realize several months ago (as I was trying to get the professional medal) that it was possible to get an unbroken combo through most of the game. Though... my highest combo for the game was over a 1000, I did notice many of the paths you took to keep the combo going - with slight differences. My problem, I was never very precise and I had a hard time remembering where to make those certain turns, and such, at the right moment.
You might want to PM the guy with the video and ask him where your medal is for getting over a million points. :p

I send a PM to aeiowu about it, but I forgot at the time that he's not the programmer. Hopefully he'll contact fucrate about it.
I actually see some spots for getting an even larger combo by the end, so I may end up taking another run to try for a bigger score. But that will not be for some time, as it took an hour straight of failed attempts to get the run you see here, and I need a break from the game.
