Finished it. I chose freeze.

Double jumping was kind of iffy at times, though. That's a bad thing.

josephmillertc responds:

Thanks for letting me know. Do you mean that the timing was weird or sometimes the key press didn't seem to register or something else?

8 doesn't work. Otherwise, quite clever.

In the second row of achievements, the first 3 achievements have had their images shifted 1 to the right; the leftmost achievement is for getting killed by a star, but the image for that achievement is the one for getting killed by a spine 50 times, and so on.

I like the game, though I'm not fond of how slow the direction change physics works. That's personal preference though.

Gameitnow responds:

Thanks for your review, we will fix the achievements!

The game stops dead on the first level where you need to rotate the match, because clicking doesn't do anything to any match. Based on what I was able to play, though, it's not bad.

Curly-Sue responds:

The hit in level says:"use space to rotate match", just click on match and hold it, then press space

Nice game. Beat it, btw.

Daench responds:

Thanks dude! If you truly beat it (and I'll take your word for it) have a online pat on the back.

Functionally the game works fine, but there's no good reason for anyone to think to do those two things with the supplies we've been given, nor is there any reason to suspect that the rope is where it is. Moon logic does not a good game make. Technically, the game is there, just... run it by someone first to make sure the steps make sense.

Duderuud responds:

Thanks. I agree that the rope location may not have been the best place.

The arrow keys, they do nothing!

ShenKiryu responds:

You have to click on the screen, don't know why exactly, but you do.

I respect the courage it takes to put something like this out in the world, but you're wrong. The problem with your argument is that we have more than one eye. The reason we have more than one eye is for the purpose of depth perception; we can tell how far away something is just by looking at it. The simple fact that we can do this defeats any "we can't perceive three dimensions" argument. If we had only one eye and thus only one angle from which to view things, then perhaps an argument could be made that we only see height and width, but as long as we have two eyes and the ability to see depth, your argument is invalid.

bnpla responds:

it doesnt matter how much eyes you have, the eyes see in 2 dimensions, you build the 3D representation of an object in your brain.

What you call perspective / depth, is a concept that you learn while you grow as a baby and move arround the world. At first, you dont know what perspective or depth is untill you move arround and touch things.

This is how optical illusions works. You think, you guess how an object looks, and then, someone turns the object and you finally see the real 3D object.

But you see in 2 dimensions. The 3rd dimension is a perception in your mind, not something that the eyes alone can percieve.

I think I have to call shenanigans on 1-slice level 13. My total percentages are 2000%, 1999%, and 1573%, and I've tried everything I can think of for that level and I can't get higher than 56%. Unless someone can offer a video of how to get 62% or more on that level, I'm calling shenanigans.

Otherwise, nice fun game. The fewer slices modes made me think outside the box a little, which is always nice. Little puzzlers like this are awesome.

TheGameHomepage responds:

Thanks for the review! Those scores are good.

Level 13 is tough on 1 slice mode but it is actually possible to get 100% if they fall the right way. No shenanigans!

Seems dull. Also, there doesn't seem to be a link to your page anywhere in it, which makes the Guest medal impossible to obtain.

deletedTAMyStudios responds:

Thanks for your feedback!

The guest medal is indeed claimable. Just like the game's ending, the guest medal seems super obvious once you find it.

Deploy the... I think it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... WHOOSH!
