Great game

The only thing missing is a sandbox mode where you can experiment wth each level to find the fastest solution. Also I was on the wall level and restarted a lot of times, and the game crashed on me. Became entirely unresponsive except for turning off music. My top score is 589, it blows my mind that people have gotten over 650.

Nice little time waster

Fun game. It took me longer than I'd like to admit to find all 11 angry feces, and I beat the minute by 2 seconds and the 80 clicks by 1 click. I hope there's going to be a part 2.

Good, but...

Am I missing something, or is there no way to pause the game? I got a phone call I had to take while level 49 was running, had to switch away to another window, and came back to death because there's no pause button. Frustrating. Otherwise very good, the best of the Bloons defense games so far.

Good, but...

some of the comparison options are buggy when you get to Einstein. There's one weight screen where both sides add up to 40, and a couple in each game where the smaller number is the one you're supposed to click. Fix that and take away some of the repetitiveness and you're golden.

Eh, it's not bad...

In a game where you must always be accelerating, momentum can't be as important. It's really, really hard to manoeuver well because if you accelerate for a third of the playing field, you can't slow down fast enough to stay in the circle.

I'd also like to see different playtypes, such as one where the circle doesn't shrink and you get points for how many opponents you knock out as well as being the last in the ring. Some variety.

ever tried sumo deathmatch? :)

heh.

Annoying problem

You know how the instructions say you can skip a level if your score reaches 0? I got tired of "The Machine" not allowing me to finish and tried to do that, and there was no way to skip the level. Seriously cheesed me, and I will not play again.

Scores are glitchy

I played through the game without purchasing anything beyond the base equipment to see if it was possible, and it is, except I revealed a bug. I failed missions 6 and 7 a few times because for some reason shooting the guy in the face wasn't counting as a kill, and then I finally succeeded, and all seemed well. The problem is every level after 7 gave me the scores from level 7 instead of the scores from the level I'd just played.

Also the scores don't reset after you finish playing once, so if you want an accurate score the second time around you have to close the window and re-open it.

Those two issues not withstanding, it's a very good game and I look forward to playing the third installment if there is one.

Too much guesswork

The game had promise, but there was too much guesswork involved and the physics was too incorrect. Your ball should not lose horizontal momentum when striking the top or bottom walls, and the angle at which you bounce off of a normal face should have something to do with the angle and speed with which you hit it.

I liked level 19 once I figured it out though. Deceptive. For lots of the levels, though, you could fire the ball off randomly and wait long enough and the level would play itself. That's no good.

Great game

Level 50 may seriously be my favourite level in any game, ever. This game was both entertaining and fun. I was able to do several levels in fewer gates than you're supposed to, though. One 9 level I did with 6. I think when you've finished the game you should be able to go back through the levels and listen to the intended solutions, in case yours were different.

Also, there's no d in congratulations ;)

Heh, yea that's my major 'oops' in this game :) CongraTulations on beating the game!

Needs better collision detection

I enjoyed my time playing this, except when the ball went through the paddle. Almost all of my losses and 3 of my wins came from the ball going through the paddle, rather than from the paddle missing the ball. It's frustrating when you lose points for not doing anything wrong.

Deploy the... I think it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... WHOOSH!
