Bug Report!
Can't play Rock Band the second time around. TV does nothing when clicking it with the remote.

Yeah, thanks chris. Bad news is I don't have the .fla and the programmer is out of town.
Two things
Before I say what they are, this is definitely an improvement over the previous version. Well done.
If you get 4 small bonuses in a row, you become too small to see and are practically invulnerable to enemies. So it looks like the game is just running for no reason and the score is going up. You may want to put a limit on how small you can become, to prevent that.
Second, scoreboard?
don't get too small :P
Much better
I have two suggestions for you:
1) Don't make us continue from the start. Enough games do that, and it's annoying. Maybe give us an automatic checkpoint halfway through, so if we die after that point we continue from the middle?
2) Unavoidable bombs aren't cool. Please don't put bombs in our way that we can't go around.
One big problem
There needs to be a grace period after dropping a block, so that holding the down arrow won't affect the one after it. Otherwise it's like your game is punishing the player for being able to play quickly.
I like it
But when I got to 910 points I fell through the left side of the platform. I think you have a hitbox problem going on or something.
Also, high scores would be cool.
But it's not addictive
The key to having an addictive game is the pace, and this one crawls along extremely slowly. Give the player more speed.
In a related note, if I'm holding up and right, I should be moving in both directions with the same speed as I would if it were the only direction I were going. Especially considering the spiders do that already. With the controls the way they are now, I'm not convinced that it's possible to get past the point where there's a wide ledge and 3 spiders without killing them, which would make one of your medals impossible to get if I'm correct. That makes the game frustrating rather than addictive, and people are going to walk away from it.
That said, the art is very good as well as the music, and it IS a good idea. You just need to work on the pace and player movement.
Not bad
Not good, either. Here's what's wrong:
1) No restart level button.
2) WAY too much friction on the ball. It's entirely unrealistic for the ball to stop rolling that quickly.
3) There's NO WAY hole 12 should be a par 3. 4 I could buy. Not 3.
4) Similarly, hole 15 should be a par 6. Not 4. I actually believe it to be impossible to finish that hole in 4, due to the little nub on the right side of the basket, and until I see video proof to the contrary I'm holding to that.
Your game is big
because you didn't compress your audio.
no, I compressed everything, anyway thanks for your comment and your vote!
It wasn't your intention
Please don't use "our intention has succeeded" to cover up poor programming. It makes the rest of us look bad. I build websites for a living, and if I tried to tell my boss "it doesn't work right all the time on purpose, that was my intention" he'd call me an idiot and tell me to fix it. And if I told that to a client, they'd take their business elsewhere. That's because we're accountable to our clients, just as you are accountable to the rest of us who play your game.
So, that said... I liked the graphics, they communicated exactly what was meant to be communicated. Lots of music, all from the audio portal, so that's a definite plus. There was also a lot of variation in the levels, with lots of different game styles sprinkled throughout, so that was also really good.
Aside from fixing the programming, the only other things I'd change would be to have the player ride a moving platform rather than having to walk along it, and to move the screen with many sideways-moving platforms and spikes to a later point in the game. That platform and spike level is easily the hardest level in the game, though it's possible that's only the case because of the glitchy controls; if double-jumping was reliable, that level may become easier.
So that's my 2 cents. I hope you fix the bugs in the sequel you've decided to make.
Oh, and all medals are possible, as is evidenced by the fact that I and a few others have all of them. And I love the irony of which medals are the secret ones.
Ciao!
Brilliant
A perfect little time spender. I love everything about this game. Nicely done.
Deploy the... I think it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... WHOOSH!
